Mr. Ashutosh Limaye currently heads Anarock Property consultants as a Director & Head - Consulting practice. He has been a Head of Research, at JLL and was responsible for the overall direction, strategy and growth of the research business of JLL.

He was among the most experienced professionals in Indian real estate industry and had spearheaded JLL’s flagship research product- Real Estate Intelligent Services (REIS) dealing in market intelligence for office, retail and residential markets across top seven cities of India.

Ashutosh was also responsible for maintaining JLL’s leadership position in Thought Leadership and he oversees a team of 18 researchers who produce path breaking white papers and other research publications.

He was one of the authorised spokespersons of JLL, regularly representing independent voice of the industry in print and electronic media on behalf of JLL, which had a 50% share in industry voice.

With over 17 years of experience in multi-disciplinary advisory and research functions ranging from real estate to infrastructure projects, he has expertise in planning, undertaking demand assessment studies and valuations including marketing strategies based on technical real estate market analysis. Ashutosh has successfully handled bespoke studies for private equity funds, multi-national corporations, developers and has also contributed to academic projects undertaken for India’s premier management and planning schools.

By qualification, Ashutosh is a Bachelor of Architecture from University of Pune (1997) and also a Master of Urban Planning from School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi (2000). He is affiliated with Associate of Council of Architecture, India (1997) and Associate of Indian Institute of Town Planners (2001)

Mr. Alcide Coelho, is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program (AMP), has completed his civil engineering from VJTI and was a Maharashtra State Merit ranker in his Engg. Diploma.

He has over 21 years’ experience in real estate, international business, quality, strategy and operations. He is currently the Senior Vice President for Quality & Innovations at Kalpataru Ltd.

In his previous organisation ( Tata Housing Dev Co. ) Mr. Coelho had developed and implemented the Tata Quality Hallmark, a unique project rating system in collaboration with CONQUAS of Singapore. He is a PMP and  holds many national & international certifications like Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001. He was also a TATA Business Excellence Gold medallist & senior assessor for the TATA group.

Alcide has worked in construction with reputed names such as Limitless (UAE), Al Rostamani Pegel, Nasa Multiplex, L&T and has won numerous awards, notably The Golden Peacock National Quality Award – 2012 &  the Ram Krishna Bajaj National Quality Award - 2014 and is a speaker at various national & international forums.

Dr. K.S Chandrashekar is a Managing Director at PARTHAM - Real Estate Developer, Consultant and Project Management expert.

He has an experience of over 2 decades in real estate and project management consultation.

He has also been an Executive Director - Omkar Realtors & Developers Pvt Ltd, Director Joint Secretary (IT) – UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, India, Chief Town Planner & Ex Officio Joint Secretary - Government of UT Administration of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli and a Joint Director - NCR Planning Board Ministry of Urban Development

By qualification, he holds a Masters in Planning from School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi

Divya Malcolm, Partner, Kochhar & Co., has more than 10 years of experience in Real Estate. During this period, she has advised clients on forest issues, townships, acquisition of agricultural lands, tribal lands, leasing of properties in industrial estates, redevelopment projects (slum rehabilitation schemes/ co-operative society redevelopment/ old and cessed buildings), IT/ ITES Parks, permissions and approvals.

She regularly conducts due diligence on title for developers, funds, banks, financial institutions, investors, multinational companies, actual users. Her drafting experience includes a holistic range of Real Estate Documentation: Conveyances, Development Agreements, Template Agreements for Sale of Flats, Condominium Documents, Mortgages, Leases, Leave and Licence Agreements etc.  She also negotiates transactions and assists in structuring and finalisation thereof.

She has authored articles on real estate and has written book reviews.

By way of education, she is an LL.B. from the Mumbai University, a Bachelor of Arts (Economics Major), Mumbai University, and has Diplôme de Langue Française certified by the Ministry of Education, France

She was admitted to the Bar in 2006.

Mr. Palamadai Is an Independent Design and Development Management Consultant (Mumbai / Bangalore) He is also a Professor at the CMR University School of Architecture, Bangalore.

In addition to being a Registered Architect in India, he is also an International Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects, and has established Architecture, Planning, Interior Design and Project Management Practice in Baroda, Gujarat. Over 2 decades – the practice had the opportunity of servicing some of India’s reputed companies in, both the private and public sector for a gamut of projects across various locations. He also has been serving as a consultant for many companies on various projects – retail, recreational, commercial, residential, etc.

He hold an Undergraduate Degree in Architecture from Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT), Ahmedabad and a Graduate Degree in Architecture / Urban Settlements Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA) and a short stint as an Architect in California, USA

In parallel to that, his involvement with Academics started with fledging Institute of Environmental Design (IED) in Baroda and, subsequently, in Vallabh Vidyanagar (Gujarat). He has been a Visiting Professor at universities in Bangalore, Baroda and Ahmedabad, some of which are MS University of Baroda and R V College of Architecture, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of California Berkeley, etc.

Puneet is the Senior Director at ICICI Venture.

He was also an Executive Vice President – Real Estate Practice at Edelweiss Finance

He has over two decades of diversified experience in Indian Real Estate; and has been involved in Consulting and Agency right from the inception of International Property Consultants in India and setting up of Property Services Group at ICICI Bank. Over the last decade he has successfully managed and exited multiple investments in Real Estate Private Equity and Mezzanine Finance.

Prior to Edelweiss, in his entrepreneurial venture, Capitedge, he has been involved in raising Private Equity to invest in India. He has also served as the Director & Head- Investments at Shapoorji Pallonji Investment Advisors, and was part of core team to set up a ~USD 250 million platform with a world’s leading Pension Plan.

He has worked for Wells Fargo Bank as Senior Vice President- Real Estate Asia, ICICI Bank as Head – Commercial Agency and Head - Land Advisory and Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers International.

Reema Mannah is the Managing Director at Titlesolv, one of the leading providers of Title Insurance in the United Kingdom. Reema has 16 years of specialist title insurance underwriting experience which she gained from leading and managing teams within both US monoline and European composite insurers. She is also a qualified lawyer with authorisation to practise law in the Caribbean, England and Wales and Scotland and holds an MSc in Investment Analysis. In private practice as a lawyer, she concentrated on commercial property law and litigation and she brings to her underwriting remit an in depth transactional and technical knowledge of property law and litigation in common law territories. Reema’s expertise has been invaluable to the title insurance product development phase during which time she worked with Indian qualified lawyers to create a tailored offering for the Indian market.

Tejas Sura has been Managing Director of  Conart Engineers Ltd., an Indian publicly listed company, with over 20 years of construction project experience with multinational organizations. He founded Cubic Turnkey Private Limited, utilizing a PMO framework and sound financial planning.

Mr. Sura has been an enthusiastic volunteer and served PMI for 18 years in various capacities including Founder, Vice - President/finance, President and Advisor for the PMI Mumbai Chapter, Region mentor (South Asia), Chapter Member Advisory Group (MAG) and currently International Standards Organization (ISO) MAG. He has volunteered for the PMBOK® Guide and Construction Extension to the PMBOK® Guide, and is a recipient of several honors, including PMI leadership awards.He is the head of the Indian delegation for the ISO Technical Committee for project, program and portfolio management.

A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Sura also holds an MBA in finance. In addition to his PMP® and PfMP® credentials, he is a graduate of the PMI® Leadership Institute Master Class of 2010.

Mr. Harshul Salva is a Real Estate Developer at M Realty and has exemplary educational credentials which include being the first Ph.d Research Scholar in REITS in the country along with holding an LLM at Department of Law, University of Mumbai, an MBA at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies & a Professional Program in Financial Services and Management from BCIDS and SP Jain Institute of Management and Research.

He is the recipient of the CREDAI-MCHI Golden Pillar Award for the category Debutant of the Year 2018, has been featured as Young Turk of Real Estate Sector by Realty NXT in 2018, Awarded “Excellence in Design Developer” at CREDAI-MCHI MAHA Property Expo 2017, Awarded CRISIL YOUNG THOUGHT LEADER 2011, Received National Award for Exemplary Performance among others.
